If you currently have Knock Outs from previous seasons, be sure to cut them down so their height is 8 to 10 inches from the ground and if you practice doing this every year you will have Knock Outs that will grow to 3 or 4 feet tall and wide with bloom aplenty. |

But if you choose to prune canes back higher, like 18 inches from the ground then you will have Knock Outs that will grown 5 feet or higher but with a lot less bloom color.
Knock Outs are the only family of rose that will grown in as little as 3 hours of sun per day. All day sun is the best. |
